Eparsis builds your program from the machines in your gym, suggests the next load and times your rest. Every work set sculpts your marble god, from Mortal to Olympian.

Daily mission, 30-day camp, Forge and league: everything brings you back to the bar.

Two seconds per set. Load suggested by Milo's method, timed rest, a stoic line.

Your 3D god gains muscle with your real sets. Laurels, helmet, breastplate: earned with your missions.

Sessions, sets, volume, records and muscle map, week after week. Apple Health optional.

Your city, your friends, the world. Six sessions count per week, never more. Reset every Monday.
No camera during the session, no sensor. Your iPhone, the bar, and your god taking shape.
Tick your machines or take a photo: the AI composes a program with what your gym really has. Or build it by hand, for free. The app knows which day you're on.
Two seconds per set: load suggested from your last session, timed rest, records spotted, catch-ups if you cut it short.
Every work set sculpts the region it trains. Missions earn XP, XP forges laurels, helmet and breastplate. Nothing ever regresses.
You start as a rough block. Every counted session reveals marble, every set polishes the region it trains. Nothing ever regresses.

No feature locked mid-session. PRO unlocks what really costs something to run.
No. The app works without an account, offline, and your sessions stay on your iPhone. You only create one for the weekly league: Sign in with Apple, no name or e-mail, deletable in one tap.
Never. No camera during the session: you log your sets in three taps. The only possible photo is one of your gym in Photo Mode, to recognise the machines.
Every work set counts for the region it trains: chest, shoulders, arms, core, back, legs. A region's level rises with your all-time sets and never drops.
Nowhere by default. The only exceptions, and only when you use the feature: the stats you enter for an AI program, the gym or meal photos sent to the model then deleted, and your weekly score if you join the league. Details in the privacy policy.
EH-par-sis. The word comes from the Greek ἔπαρσις, from the verb epairô, “to lift”.
Not yet. Eparsis is built for iPhone, with Apple Health. Android will come if the demand is there.
Yes, the app imports a CSV export from Hevy or Strong from Profile → Data. And you can export yours any time, as CSV, PDF or a full backup.
